PROCEEDINGS Publication of a Symposium Proceedings is being considered. It will either appear in book form to be published by the Chinese University Press or as a special volume of a journal. Details are currently being negotiated.
All participants are invited to submit manuscripts for possible publication in the Proceedings. An E ditorial C ommittee will be set up and all submissions will be subject to peer review. Only papers presented at the symposium, either as keynote presentation or in mini-symposium, special session on reef monitoring, student competition session, oral or poster contributed sessions will be considered. In anticipation of large number of submissions, each participant will only be allowed one submission as the first author. The final number of manuscripts to be published will be subject to the page limit imposed by the budget. Manuscript should be submitted in electronic format using MS Word. More details on the format will be given once the decision on where to publish the proceedings is finalized by the Editorial Committee. The following will be the tentative time table for manuscript submission: It is hoped that the Proceedings will be published within the shortest time humanly possible.
