REGISTRATION

All efforts are made to maintain a low registration fee:

Your regular / student registration fee includes attendance to all scientific sessions and social functions, conference kits and conference proceedings or publications. The accompany person registration fee includes only attendance to all social functions plus one local tour.

For student registration, proof of student status must be provided by a copy of current student ID, or certification by your current supervisor as indicated in the registration form, to be submitted together with this form. Only current student will qualify for the student registration fee.

Payment may be made by manager’s cheque, bank draft or credit card (VISA and MASTERCARD). Personal cheque will not be accepted because of high bank charges. Electronic remittance (Telegraphic Transfer) is also too costly so will not be considered. Please do not send cash in the mail. For payment by manager’s cheque or bank draft, please make cheque payable to The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Credit card payment will be charged in Hong Kong Dollar at 8 HK$ to 1 US$.

We apologize that online payment of registration fee is not possible because of the high cost involved. Participants can send the completed registration form by email, and the payment by fax if payment is by credit card, or by registered airmail or express mail with the cheque enclosed to the Conference Secretariat.

Cancellation of registration will be entertained only up to May 18, 2006. All cancellation must be made in writing by email or fax. A service charge of HK$400 (US$ 50) will be levied on all refund requests. Refund will only be made after the Symposium and no refund will be possible for cancellation made after May 18, 2006.
