  • Maintain a database on employee payroll records enabling fast retrieval and generation of data / analyses for different user groups

  • Provide fast, up-to-date and quality information to staff in respect of their own record, management, or other authorized user groups such as IRD, UGC

  • Handle enquiries courteously, promptly and effectively

  • Ensure security and confidentiality of personal and payroll records
