Arrangement for / Change of Voluntary Contribution for Employee Form MPF members may change the nominated percentage of employee voluntary contribution twice a year. The effective date will be the first day of April and October each year. Members who wish to change the percentage should complete the form below and sent to the Payroll & Superannuation Unit of Bursary by mail or fax (2603-7890) on or before the deadline (please refer to latest news of our MPF website for the specified deadline).
