1. Student Life Committee: (Website)
Activities held by the Student Life Committee include "Tolo Nocturnes", "Chung Chi Tea House" gatherings and "Beyond the Lily Pond" outdoor visits during term time.

2. Student Union: (Website)
This is an organization that represents the whole student body. It holds a large number of activities throughout the year, sometimes jointly with other parties. Activities include talks, film shows, the Founder's Day Student Festival including carnival, singing contest, tug-of-war, Thousand People Feast, and, in conjunction with the College, the Orientation Camp for freshmen.

3. Departmental Societies:
Each academic department has its own student society. Their main functions are to promote a strong bond between students and staff members and, to encourage academic interchange.

4. Special Interest Groups:
These include the Folk Song Society, the Chinese Music Society, the Photography Society, the Chinese Chess Club, the Drama Club, the Rotaract Club, the Art Club, the Martial Art Society, the Debating Team and the Astronomy Club. All students are welcome to join any of these groups. The Dean of Students' Office plays an active role in assisting the groups to organize and implement their programmes. Students who are interested in establishing a new student body are encouraged to contact the Dean of Students' Office and the Student Union in preparation for the formal registration.

5. Class Societies:
They are set up to strengthen the bonds among students of the same graduation year. A graduation dinner and a farewell assembly are organized, and a memento book is published every year.

6. Physical Education Interest Groups:
The Physical Education Unit has organized a number of interest groups in addition to its formal courses. All students and staff members are welcome to join. For detailed information, please refer to the Physical Education Unit section in this Handbook.

7. Music Activities:
Concerts are frequently organized either on or outside campus. The College also has a Choir and an Orchestra.

8. Other Associations:
Apart from the above groups, there are a number of other associations including the Hostel Associations of the respective student hostels and the Christian Student Fellowship, etc. They also offer a number of activities for members and those who are interested.
