Chung
Chi College Staff Club is under the management of the Executive Committee.
The Club Assistant is responsible for the daily operations of the Club
and to attend to members' enquiries. The Club has six elected Sub-Committees
each with different functions. These are the Catering Services, Clubhouse
Management, Membership, Welfare, Cultural Activities and Social Activities
Sub-Committees.
Catering
Services Sub-Committee
To monitor catering
services provided by the caterer; to collaborate with the Clubhouse
Management Sub-Committee; to make suggestions during the contract renewal
process of the caterer; and to supervise the accounts of the caterer.
Clubhouse
Management Sub-Committee
To formulate regulations
for the use of the Clubhouse; to oversee the general maintenance of
the Clubhouse; to make recommendations regarding major repairs and purchases
of furniture and utilities; to supervise the caterer; and to liaise
with the Estates Management Office or other relevant offices in the
University.
Membership
Sub-Committee
To determine and
formulate membership policies and regulations; to review and observe
the compliance of Club membership regulations; and to provide necessary
services to members as and when required.
Welfare
Sub-Committee
To determine and
formulate policies regarding the healthcare services scheme; to liaise
with healthcare services providers; to launch new healthcare services
and new benefits for members; and to make recommendations on the amount
of bonus given to the minor staff members.
Cultural
Activities Sub-Committee
To promote and
encourage cultural activities among members and their families; to foster
and strengthen fellowship within the Club through cultural activities.
Social
Activities Sub-Committee
To promote social
activities among members and their families; to enhance members' sense
of belonging and to strengthen fellowship within the Club through social
activities.
