For first term modules (Aug - Dec 2011), registration starts on 2 August 2011.
For second term modules (Jan - May 2012), registration starts on 12 December 2011.
First-timers:
You are required to check and fill in your personal details at the first time you log-in. Since we will correspond mainly by email, if the default email address (CUHK student account) is not the one you use frequently, please change the email to your preferred one.
To add course:
Click on the “Add New Record” button. Select the module/workshop and group (0 means only one group in that module), then click OK. Please note that the details of the group chosen will be displayed below the selection table.
To drop course:
Every time you log-in (except for the first time), the first page shows up will be the “Registration Record”. Click the “Delete” button on the right to the corresponding module to drop. If you are at the “Apply New Course” page, click the “View Registered Records” at the bottom left-hand corner of the page to jump to the “Registration Record”.
Remarks: Please apply for only the module(s) that you intend to participate. If you have registered a module but later find out you cannot attend, please drop it at once to free the place for other students. The record of your attendance will be reported to your Department and Supervisor.
Waiting list:
All modules are offered on a first-come-first-serve basis. If a module is full, you can still apply and be put on a waiting list. If a registrant drops an already-full module, the system will automatically upgrade the first one on the waiting list. A confirmation will be emailed to the student to notify the change.
