Former secondary school English teacher, lecturer at the English Department, City University of Hong Kong, and Associate Professor at the Department of Curriculum and Instruction, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Courses taught include Subject Curriculum and Teaching (English), ELT Theory and Methodology, English Language Teaching Techniques, English Curriculum Theory and Design, Morphology and Syntax, Lexis, Morphology and Semantics, ELT Research Methods, Workplace Communication.
