Suspension of CLEAR's Face-to-face Activities
(including all seminars, workshops, orienation activities and IPL classes)

If the local storm warning signal No.8 or above or the black rainstorm signal is issued at the following hours, all activities will be suspended as appended below: |

If the local storm warning signal No. 8 or above or the black rainstorm signal is issued during a class period, all sessions will be suspended immediately. When the black rainstorm signal is still in force, staff members and students are advised to take shelter at a safe place until the weather and traffic conditions have improved. |
Arrangement of CLEAR’s Online Activities
(including all ZOOM sessions)
Sessions will be assessed individually if it can be run as scheduled. Emails will be sent to participants prior to the session for corresponding arrangements. |
