Recycling Locations on Campus 回收箱位置 |
Please click here to download a 'Recycling Locations' poster. EMO provides 'two-in-one' deskside recycling bins free of charge to all offices. With these bins, each office member can separate paper waste from ordinary rubbish conveniently at his/her working area. To request these bins for your office, please complete the order form and fax it to EMO. For enquiries, please contact Ms Meion Chan of EMO at tel. no. 3943 4029. 請按此下載「回收箱位置」海報。 中大物業管理處可免費為大學的辦公室提供「桌旁回收/垃圾箱」。這種「二合一」的回收箱方便用者在其工作間把廢紙和普通垃圾分開。有興趣申請索取「桌旁回收/垃圾箱」的辦公室可以填寫此申請表格，傳真回物業管理處。欲知詳情，請致電3943 4029與物業管理處陳小姐聯絡。 |

Reusing unwanted furniture 重用舊傢俱 |
To let other offices know you have unwanted furniture that they may consider reusing, please submit a request to ITSC for sending a notice by mass mail, with relevant information such as types and quantities of unwanted furniture, contact person, deadline for removal, etc. Please note that furniture can only be given to other CUHK units but not individuals including staff and students. For fixed assets (furniture with unit cost of $5,000 or more) involved, you need to contact the Business Office for approval before transfer or disposal. 如欲轉讓舊傢俱，可於ITSC網上雜誌刊登通知知會有意添置傢俱的大學辦公室。請於通知中列出相關資料，如傢俱的類型和數目、聯絡人、搬遷日期等。 請注意：舊傢俱只可轉讓予大學辦公室，不可轉讓予個人（包括教職員及學生）。另外，價值$5,000或以上的傢俱為大學的固定資產，請在轉讓或棄置前聯絡商務組完成相關手續。 |

Please visit Business Office's centralized tenders page for suppliers and information on green products. Green products are labeled with the word ‘GREEN!’ and include photocopiers, stationery, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc.
