The Centre of Research and Promotion of Women's Health (CRPWH), under the School of Public Health
and Primary Care of Chinese University of Hong Kong, was established in 2001. Moreover, the center offers a wide range of evidence based health assessments and nutritional counseling services for women with the aim that they can have a better understanding of their own health, and can adopt earlier preventive measures and early treatments.
This centre also liaises with different communities and organizations to provide health talks and some basic health examinations. The Resource Centre of CRPWH has also acquired a variety of books related to women's health and serves as a resource reference for both health professionals and the public. This center has also published books, such as ˇ§Facts about cholesterolˇ¨ so as to enhance the health knowledge of the general public.
