Presentation of membership card will be required for use of the Centre's facilities.

No bags may be brought into the resource centre and should be deposited at the reception area.
3.
No food and beverages may be taken into the resource centre.
4.
Except books, no materials can be taken out of the Centre.
5.
Damage or loss of facilities will be fined. Fee, subjected by the Centre Administrators, will be charged for the replacement of materials and handling cost.
6.
Members should observe all stated regulations.
7.
Refuse to pay CHARGES will cause immediate cancellation of membership. No re-application of membership will be accepted in next 3 months.
8.
Centre Administrators reserve the right to review and execute all regulations.
Regulations Governing Membership Card
1.
Membership cards are non-transferable and members will be held responsible for the use of the cards issued to them.
2.
Loss of membership card must be reported at once. $20 will be charged for the replacement of the card.
Regulations Governing Book Loan & Return
1.
All members can read available books in the Centre.
2.
Members with borrowing right can borrow books except those in reference collection (R).
3.
Each eligible member can borrow 3 books each time.
4.
All books are 14 -day loan during when membership card will be retained in the Centre.
5.
If the borrowed book is not reserved by other members, once book renew is accepted by telephone (No.: 22528839) on or before the due date.
6.
Late return will be punished at $ 3 for each item per day.
7.
A fee of $5 will be charged for the reservation of a book.
8.
Punishment of late return over $100 will cause suspension of membership privileges for 1 month.
