Graduate of the
Master of Science in Women's Health Studies
Clinical Associate,
The Hong Kong Polytechnic University
During the learning process, my knowledge of the
clinical and academic aspects of women’s health, as
well as my aptitude for research, was refreshed and
enhanced. I was advised by Prof. Zhang, the
supervisor of my dissertation, to embark on further
study and work in the academic field. After
obtaining the MSc in Women’s Health Studies, I was
invited to be a Clinical Associate at the Hong Kong
Polytechnic University, with an attractive
remuneration package. Although this post may yet not
be my greatest achievement, it gives me a chance to
develop in the academic arena, and offers me new
challenges every day.

My understanding of women’s health has deepened
tremendously after the completion of this course. It
was great to learn about women’s health issues from
different perspectives, both qualitatively and

demanding, my knowledge and skills were strengthened
by the process, which has helped me to discover even
more than I could have imagined.
