Dr CHIU Pui-yin, Amy is the Head of Primary Care Office of the Department of Health, Hong Kong SAR Government. Dr CHIU oversees the Primary Care Office which was established in September 2010 to support and co-ordinate the development of primary care and the implementation of primary care development strategies in Hong Kong.

Before taking up her current post, Dr CHIU was the Assistant Director of Health (Traditional Chinese Medicine). She had also worked in the Centre for Health Protection and different units of the Department of Health responsible for providing services for children, women and elderly; prevention and control of communicable diseases; health promotion; health administration and planning of health services.
