Documentation Unit is opened five days a week. Monday, Wednesday and Friday 2:00 pm to 4:45 pm. Tuesday and Thursday 9:30 am to 12:45 pm; 2:00 pm to 4:45 pm. Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday is closed. |

| Exceptionally, afternoon research work for outside (non-CUHK) visitors and CUHK staffs are allowed upon request, but with reduced services. | ||
| Visitors are requested to sign the log-book upon entry. Non-CUHK visitors are requested to present a letter of introduction on their first visit. | ||
| Borrowing privileges are available to CUHK members: the period is of 24 hours for students (5 titles), 7 days for Faculty (10 titles). | ||
| Non-CUHK visitors are requested to consult the materials within the premises. | ||

Photocopying machine is available: HK$0.30/copy for A4-size and F4-size. HK$0.50/copy for all other sizes. |

The Wednesday Gender Seminars are co-organized by the Gender Research Centre and the Gender Studies Programme one to two times each month. It acts as a forum for presentations by international and local scholars working on gender-related issues, as well as for graduate students.
