Zone Transfers were discontinued
Starting in early April, the authority name servers ns[123].cuhk.edu.hk no longer accpet zone transfer requests of the com/edu/gov/net/org.hk zones.  Zone transfers impose heavy load to the nameservers.  Getting a whole zone of data would also allow the user to search for the eaddr of zone contacts and possibly sending spam mail.
