Q:

A: A computer must meet certain minimum system requirements or the programmes may be delivered less than desired. The minimum system requirements to view the programmes are PIII-800MHz, 256M RAM, WinXP SP2, Windows Media Player 9 or above.
Q: How can I view your programmes on my Mac computer?
A: You can download Windows Media Player from Microsoft's website . Select ˇ§Windows Media Player for Mac OS Xˇ¨ and install accordingly.

Q: How can I view your programmes on my Linux computer?
A: As there are too many different versions of Linux varieties of Operating Systems, our support is only limited to those common ones. The video streaming format used in programme delivery is wmv. So far we have tested it successfully on pcBSD, Fedora Linux and Ubuntu Linux computers. So you can view our programmes on these Linux computers by installing the necessary programs, libraries, and codecs. You can also check the help files of your operating system to see how to play wmv files. For example, if you're using Fedora, you can refer to http://www.gagme.com/greg/linux/fc6-tips.php#mplayer .
