Provide General guidelines for equipment purchase and price information.

2. Software Licensing
Provide a coordinated and economical way to acquire and update software. There are two categories of software being coordinated by ITSC:

• University-Wide Software under Central Funding
• Discounted Software for departmental purchase
• Other Software

3. University-wide Software Standards
Provide a list of recommended software standards and acceptable software for administrative department's use.

4. Departmental Technology Solutions
Provide campus-wide, departmental business technology solutions that support the University's administrative service. And aims at delivering cost effective and reliable solutions that maximize the use of technology and resources.

5. Facility Management and Technical Services
Introduce the latest technologies for departmental users to increase their productivity and satisfy their IT needs. And provides stable and highly available IT services to them.

6. Learning and Multimedia Technologies
Assist academic and administrative departments to enhance teaching effectiveness, work efficiencies, and public image through the use of IT in teaching, training and communication.

7. University Administration Systems
Provide a brief introduction to the major and prominent applications (grouped by departments/sections) developed or supported by the Information Management Unit.

8. AMSD Forms
Gain access to AMSD Forms for New Funding Model, SAP Financial System, Computerized Maintenance Management System and more.

9. SMS Gateway Service
Provide a web interface for departments/units to send SMS messages to their target recipients.
