The seminar will commence with a policy address delivered by Prof.
Kenneth Young about the current use of technology in teaching and
learning; and the direction of and future plans for web-based
teaching on campus. Following his speech, the staff from the Computer
Services Centre / Information Technology Service Unit will
demonstrate the use of and the support for web-based teaching on
Campus.
In addition, several teachers from various faculties have been
invited as guest speakers to share their invaluable experience in
courses that have been taught using Information Technology. You are
invited to join the discussions and share your own experience with
them.

Print Balance of Your PC LAN Account
You are required to settle any outstanding amount in your Print
Account before you leave the University. Otherwise, your record will
be sent to University authorities for disciplinary action. Any
remaining amount in your Print Account is not refundable but can be
transferred other users through the "Print Transfer Service"
available on PC LAN.
Internet Access Service for CUHK Alumni
If you wish to use the University Internet Services, which is a
charged service, after graduation, you can apply for an account.

As the building has to be evacuated, the User Area of CSC cannot be
open during the period. In order to minimize the impact of the
interruption of the computing service due to the closure of the User
Area to you, the opening hours of the User Area at Wong Foo Yuan
