To facilitate this upgrade, we have planned the following events in
coming months.

Violating the rules of the User Area will result in the loss of rights
to use ITSC facilities. For the first offense, the offender's ITSC PC
LAN account will be suspended for ONE DAY. Serious or repeated offenses
will result in total loss of the privileges of using ITSC facilities,
and/or the case will be referred to the Dean of the student's college,
the Graduate School, or appropriate University authority for further
action.

This seminar is especially for the High-performance Computing (HPC)
users who require parallel programming techniques. HPC solutions and
case studies will be addressed too.
