To address the impact of the CUSIS (Chinese University Student Information System) on University IT applications, ITSC has set up a Mega Task Force to

  • assess impacts triggered by changes due to implementation of CUSIS project;
  • modify systems previously developed by ITSC to cater for the changes; and
  • ensure proper integration or interfacing with CUSIS after CUSIS go-live so that the whole suite of student services will run smoothly.

ITSC Mega Task Force completed all modifications of ITSC-developed systems concerning CUSIS project. With the successful launch of CUSIS on 5 July 2010 and subsequent implemetation of CUSIS Release 2 on 22 October 2010, ITSC Mega Task Force accomplished all its duties and is dissolved afterwards.
