Virtual Private Network (VPN)

To access the campus network, you need to access through a VPN connection using your CWEM computing id and password.

  1. Set up and run a VPN connection
  2. Applicable Areas :
    1. Student Hostels (ResNet)
    2. Classrooms, Libraries and Public Areas (ClassNet)
    3. Public ISP (CUHKNet) connection

  6. Suspension of VPN/Web Access to Campus Network (when abundant abnormal network traffic is detected)
