• On using the VPN service to access ClassNet, ResNet and CUHKnet, you are automatically abided by the following guidelines and policies

• In order to allocate the resources in a fair share, NO SIMULTANEOUS ACCESS is allowed on making a network connection regardless the connection method (VPN or modem) and the connecting network (modem access, ClassNet, ResNet or CUHKnet).
  That is, if you are using your id to login ClassNet, you can't use the same id to make a modem access. Or, if you are using your id to login ResNet, you can't use the same id to make another ResNet connection.
  
  
• The maximum number of hours for a VPN connection per session is 8 hours with 1 hour idle time out. When your session expires, you can access the network again by making another new connection.
