accounts to
facilitate their projects needs.
I. Applying for Project Computing Account
Project leaders of a department/unit can choose to apply for the following computing accounts:

Project leaders will receive the application result (in form of a Computing Accounts Information, CAI, slip) through postal mail at departments.

II. Renewal of Project Computing Account
Project accounts will expire and must be renewed upon expiration by completing the application form downloadable here.
Before the account expires, ITSC will send an expiration notification to account holders and to remind them to renew the account, if necessary, within 30-day before it is going to expire.? When accounts expired, ITSC would freeze the projects' computing accounts (including e-mails and data files residing on servers) by resetting the passwords. Please contact ITSC for account reactivation within one month after account expiration, otherwise, the project accounts would be deleted.

III. Computing ID for Project
Upon successful application, your project will be assigned with a computing ID, in the form of:
“b” + 6-digit random number (e.g. b111222)

IV. Application for Updating Information, Resetting Password, Additional Computing Resources and Other Request for Project Account
The application form is downloadable here.
Applications must be made by project leaders and they would receive the application result (in form of a Computing Accounts Information, CAI, slip) through postal mail at departments.
