Activate password to protect unattended computing devices.

Risk Your computing devices and therefore the data inside the devices could be easily accessed by unauthorized person.
Possible solutions
1. Apply screen saver with a strong password.
2. Enable a power-on password (such as BIOS password ).
How-to
1. Apply screen saver with a strong password:
     
  a. Right click on an empty space on your desktop and select ¡§Properties¡¨.
   
     
  b. Move to the ¡§Screen Saver¡¨ tab.
   
     
  c. Select ¡§On resume, password protect¡¨, then click ¡§Apply¡¨.
   
     
  d. Now a screen saver password is set and users have to enter the password after the screen saver is on.
     
2. Enable a power-on password (BIOS password) ¡V (This is an example, detail procedure is depended on the machine.)
     
  a. Before starting operation system, press ¡§DEL¡¨ button to enter the bios setup screen.
   
     
  b. Move to the ¡§Boot¡¨ tab and select ¡§Security¡¨.
   
     
  c. Select ¡§Supervisor Password¡¨ and enter the password.
   
     
  d. Press ¡§F10¡¨ to save and exit.
     
  e. Now a power-on password is set and users have to enter the password after switching on the computer.
