1: Disconnect your infected computer from
any connected network |

2: Download a Virus Cleaning Tool from Trend
Micro website through a virus-free computer |

These
are the compressed files. You need to
decompress them with a WinZip utility.

After decompression, please copy the files
into a CD-Recordable (CD-R) disc for your
computer use. |

3: Install all the downloaded files into
your infected computer |

4: Scan and clean the virus using the Sysclean
package |

Execute the file, sysclean.com, onto your computer.
After execution, you should find a report of
the cleaning result.If you still fail to identify
or clean up the virus/worm, please report the
problem (including the prompted error message)
