4. Windows XP (SP2) & Pop-up Blocker Program

When your computer has installed Windows XP (SP2) or a program that blocks windows pop-up, LEARNKEY Index window does not pop-up by default when the program starts. You MUST follow the steps in below.

1. Windows XP with SP2 installed:
• Below screenshot indicates that LEARNKEY application has a pop-up window being blocked.
  



• Select Always Allow Pop-ups from This Site ... to accept pop-up for our web site.
  


2. Pop-up Blocker Program:
• Below screenshot indicates that LEARNKEY application has a pop-up window being blocked.
  



• Select Always Allow Pop-Ups From ... to accept pop-up for our web site.
  


3. If the Index window is hidden, click the Index button to re-invoke it:
• Click to show Index window.
  



• This is the default screen with Main Content window and Index window.
