Japanese Studies Department is honored to be able to invite Mr. Yue Kwan Cheuk for a dinner with our graduates on 25th June 2004. Mr. Yue is conferred The Order of the Rising Sun, Gold Rays, with Rosette by Japanese government on 11th June 2004.
