Dr. GAYLORD Mark S.

Dr. Gaylord is a sociologist specializing in crime, law, and social change. From 1987 to 1999 he taught criminology, criminal justice, and sociology of law at City University of Hong Kong where he was an Associate Professor in the Department of Applied Social Studies. During those years he also taught part-time for the University of Hong Kong (M. Soc. Sc., Criminology) and Leicester University (M.A., Public Order). More recently he has been an external examiner and course developer for the Law Enforcement and Security Management Program at the Open University of Hong Kong.
