Mr Dennis Hie ³\¾Ç®p¥ý¥Í

Dennis Hie is a solicitor admitted in Hong Kong, and in England and Wales. He is a commercial lawyer and practises in the areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and general commercial and China-related matters. Prior to joining the Faculty of Law, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, he was a solicitor with a major law firm in Hong Kong. He continues to provide consultancy services on commercial and China-related matters. Currently he is a member of the Standing Committee on Compliance of the Law Society of Hong Kong.
