Ms Lo Dak Wai, Alexandra ù¼w¼z¤k¤h

Alexandra Lo is a solicitor admitted in Hong Kong and in England and Wales. She has more than ten years¡¦ experience both in the private and public sectors, working for top international firms and a local regulatory body and specializing mainly in investment and commercial law, securities regulation and knowledge management. Her practice included mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate finance, fund management, cross-border direct investment, IPO, compliance and market regulation. She has also taught courses at major tertiary institutions in Hong Kong and in mainland China.

Alexandra's main research interests are in corporate and securities law, tort law and market regulation in Hong Kong and the mainland. In recent years, Alexandra has expanded her research interest into professional conduct and ethics, medico-legal issues, public health law and TCM. She continues to practice in Hong Kong and is currently a consultant with a major law firm.
