Professor Michael Lower

Michael Lowerˇ¦s main interests are in the fields of corporate governance and social ethics. He was previously at the University of Manchester. He teaches Principles of Equity & Trusts, Research Writing and Information Literacy and Principles of Constitutional Law. He has extensive teaching and research supervision experience in Company Law, Corporate Governance and Competition Law. His current research looks at employee participation in corporate governance from the legal and social ethics perspectives.
