Professor Swati Jhaveri

Swati Jhaveri has previously practised law as a Solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong specialising in general areas of civil litigation and international commercial arbitration. Her academic areas of specialisation and research currently include administrative law, the law of obligations, in particular the law of torts and equity & trusts, and comparative human rights law. Swati Jhaveri is also a non-practising Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England & Wales and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
