PCLL Programme Structure

The PCLL consists of two stages:

Stage 1: The compulsory courses

During Stage 1, you will take 5 compulsory courses. They are:

Notes:

  1. We teach all PCLL courses in English. We also offer two of our elective courses, Writing and Drafting Litigation Documents and Writing and Drafting Commercial Documents, in Chinese. These electives are a response to the increase in use of written Chinese, both in litigation and in commercial work. You must demonstrate competency in Chinese if you select these electives.
  2. Please note that all students must also satisfy the University's general IT Proficiency Requirement.
