The Nethersole Evidence-based Nursing Practice Unit is committed to serving as a “model unit” that promotes excellence in nursing practice through research, education and the development of innovative interventions and evidence-based practice.

• To develop, implement and evaluate innovative nursing interventions and care for patients/clients and their families;
• To strengthen the interface between academic and clinical settings; and
• To equip nursing colleagues and students with knowledge and skills of conducting rigorous and quality research in clinical context.
