This is the same cervix as in the previous diagram. The pale staining epithelium appeared on the anterior lip of the cervix after the application of 5% acetic acid. This is a CIN3 leison and an abnormal mosaic pattern of blood vessels is present. This is a typical colposcopic view of a CIN3 lesion.
