- Note the mishapened RBCs with fragments, schiztocytes and spherocytes
- Widespread fibrin deposition occuring as part of the pathological process leads to the formation of abnormal circulations in multiple sites
- The abnormal appearances of the RBCs are resulted from damages induced during their passage through these abnormal circulations
