Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans*

Clinical picture of a young Chinese medical practitioner who is in practice in an Australian city. He had made a clinical diagnosis of epidermoid cyst of the skin of his own neck and had asked a colleague to excise it. As he was confident of the diagnosis, no histolopy was performed. The "epidermoid cyst" recurred and was re-excised and again discarded. It recurred yet again about 3 years later. He referred himself to a plastic surgeon who took this illustration.
