Dr.
Cheng graduated from The University of Sydney and obtained his Bachelor Degree
in Medicine and Surgery. He obtained his Membership of the Royal College of
Surgeons of Edinburg and Associate Fellowhip of the College of Ophthalmologists
of Hong Kong in 1999.
