In addition to meeting the minimum admission criteria of the Graduate School, an applicant shall have:

1. graduated from a recognized university and obtained a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, science, or related fields, normally with Second Class Honors or higher, or an average grade "B" or better in his or her undergraduate courses; or

2. completed a course of study in a tertiary educational institution and obtained professional or similar qualifications equivalent to an honors degree in related fields.

Applicants with non-English education background may be required to submit proof of English proficiency such as TOFEL, CET, IELTS, GCE-O-level English, or the equivalence.
