I. Partnership Development Procedure

OAL, as the secretariat to the Committee on Academic Links (CAL) serves as a clearing house for new partnerships and programmes. A set of guidelines have been established to facilitate the development of new partnerships and programmes with institutions outside Hong Kong. The guidelines ensure that all policies, mandate and resources are available to support the development.

If you would like to propose a new academic partnership, you are advised to check the approval procedures here. You may also download the templates of a Memorandum of Understanding for General Collaboration and a Memorandum of Understanding for Student Exchange Programme (non university-wide) for reference.

If the partnerships have to be renewed, please contact Ms. Yvonne Heung

  II. Record of Incoming Visitors
OAL maintains a database of incoming academic visits and exchange agreements with non-local institutions. You may find such information useful when exploring partnership opportunities with non-local institutions. In order to keep an up-to-date record of international linkage activities, we encourage you to provide us with details of any visits or exchange activities by filling the Record Form for Incoming Visitors and return to us either by fax or email.
