      2. In Good academic standing with 2.5+ GPA  
      3. Minimum TOEFL score of 213

    V. Insurance
 
      Compulsory health insurance (USD1,200 per semester)  
               
    VI. Housing
 
      On-campus residence halls – subject to timely application (paying approximately USD3,500 per semester)
