**Special arrangement for opening of Bank A/C is available from 9:00 – 18:00 on 25, 26 and 29 Aug at Room G08, Pommerenke Student Centre (for Bank of East Asia) and Room 103, John Fulton Centre (for Heng Seng Bank).  Students should bring along original and copy of their passports and admission letters for the procedures

College Orientation Camp (Big O)
If you want to meet more local students and develop a sense of belonging to your College, you must not miss the College Orientation Camp (Big O). In the "Big O", you will find out more about your College such as its culture and morals. You will also meet new friends from the same College of different majors and year of study. When the "Big O" is over, your College will probably feel like a big family to you!
Date: 29 Aug – 1 Sept 2016
(28 Aug & 30 Aug – 2 Sept 2016 for S.H. Ho College)

Fee: HKD800
(Includes accommodation, meals, camp tees and other fees incurred during O'Camp; will be charged together with tuition fee in Sept 2016.)
Language: Morningside College, S.H. Ho College and C.W. Chu College - Cantonese, Putonghua and English
Other Colleges – Cantonese (assistance will be rendered by your peers)
Enrollment: Interested students will be required to submit online enrollment form by 23 Aug 23:59 (For students NOT joining International Student Orientation Camp but would like to apply for College O'Camp, please contact the Office of Admissions and Financial Aid directly).

Remarks: 1. New students of Morningside College, S.H.Ho College, C.W. Chu College and Lee Woo Sing College are COMPULSORY to join their College O'Camp.  It is optional for new students of other Colleges to join their College O’Camp.
  2. Temporary residency for the period of 27-28 Aug and 1-2 Sept will be arranged for students who will join Big O of Chung Chi, New Asia, United, Shaw and Wu Yee Sun College (27 Aug-2 Sept for non-participants of Big O).  Accomodation fee of temporary residency (per night, exclusive of some extra charges, e.g. air conditioning, laundry, etc): Chung Chi - HKD100; New Asia - HKD125; United - HKD68, Shaw - HKD82; Wu Yee Sun - HKD75.
  3. Temporary residency for the period of 27-28 Aug and 1-2 Sept will be arranged for new students of Morningside, C.W. Chu and Lee Woo Sing College. Accommodation fee of temporary residency (per night, exclusive of some extra charges, e.g. air-conditioning, laundry, etc.): Morningside - HKD60; C.W. Chu - HKD65; Lee Woo Sing - HKD80.
  4. S.H. Ho College will arrange temporary residency for new students for the period of 27-28 Aug. Students will move-in to their room for academic year 2016-17 on 29 Aug around noon. Accommodation fee will be HKD60 per night (exclusive of some extra charges, e.g. air-conditioning, laundry, etc).
  5. All non-local students will move-in their regular hostel arranged by their affiliated College on 3 Sept.
