The ISS maintains close liaison with non-local student associations, including the International Student Association (ISA), Mainland Undergraduate Association (MUA), and the Chinese Students and Scholars Association (CSSA), and provides them with professional advice and support for organizing various activities. Many members of the Postgraduate Student Association (CUPSA) are non-local students, and ISS also provide support to them.

來港生組與國際學生會、內地本科生聯合會、研究生會及內地學生學者聯誼會等校內學生組織一直保持緊密聯繫及溝通，並為他們提供專業意見及協辦不同活動。
