Terms of Reference

1. To vet tree felling applications in relation to projects that have been endorsed by Campus Planning Committee.

2. To improve general awareness and communications among students and staff on campus landscaping matters.

3. To recommend for consideration by Campus Planning Committee on new plans and projects that aim to improve the attractiveness and exquisiteness of the campus, including the appointment of consultants/ professionals if deemed necessary.

4. To assess and review all campus landscaping projects endorsed by Campus Planning Committee.

5. To prepare an annual report on all major works done in relation to campus landscape.

6. To coordinate any other duties/functions on campus landscaping matters as may from time to time be assigned by the Vice-Chancellor.
