Students studying at one of CUHK’s exchange partners who have been nominated by the university as exchange students are eligible to apply as exchange students for the CUHK International Summer School (ISS). All student exchange applications must be endorsed by home universities before they are submitted to the CUHK Office of Summer Programmes. Students should approach the Study Abroad Office of their home university for nomination.
Application Procedures

Download an
Exchange Application Record form and submit it to the Study Abroad Office of your home university to seek nomination for exchange at the CUHK International Summer School. |

Ask the Study Abroad Office of your home university to complete the Endorsement Part of the Exchange Application Record form
and your university transcript.

Fill in an online application,
uploading a copy of the endorsed Exchange Application Record form
and your university transcript. |
| Step 4 |
Print a copy of your online
application form before submission. |
| Step 5 |
Submit
the online application. |
| Step 6 |
Send the hardcopies of your online application form
and the Exchange Application Record form to the Study Abroad Office of your home university for record,
if required. |
| Step 7 |
Check your application result
upon notification. The result should be ready in seven
working days. |
| Step 8 |
Confirm your
acceptance of the course(s)
offered by settling the total fees payable to CUHK through the Internet within two working days. (Please ensure that the credit card used for payment has
sufficient fund.) |
Application Period
The
ISS-CLP will accept applications from international students from 1 February to
31 May 2009. Admission to the programme takes place on a first-come-first-served basis;
therefore, if students apply early, they will have a good chance of receiving a place on
their priority courses. Late applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis
as places are available.
