The CUHK International Summer School
- Chinese Language Programme welcomes Hong Kong residents* who are:
- Non-native Chinese speakers - those who are without
knowledge of Chinese characters or who can identify less than 3000
Chinese characters. Their Putonghua speaking is not close to
native level.
AND
- studying at recognised local or overseas
universities.
Students can take courses for credit to transfer back to
their home university or for personal enrichment. For credit
transferability, students should seek advice or approval from their home
university.
* Holders of Hong Kong Identity Card who do not need a student visa for studying in Hong Kong.
