Notes:

1. The immersion trip fee includes round trip transportation by train/coach/catamaran to Guangzhou, accommodation in a student dormitory (twin or triple room), breakfast, welcome and farewell dinners, and visit-related expenses such as admission tickets and local transportation.  Lunch and supper are at the student’s own expense.
    

2. Entry visa to mainland China, if required, and lunch and supper are at the student's own expense.
    

3. China visa: no visa is needed for Hong Kong Identity Card holders who have the right of abode in HKSAR, but they need a valid  home-return permit (回鄉証).
    

4. The administrative fee covers the fees for orientation, some official activities and reading materials.
    

5. The hostel fee at CUHK does not include a meal plan.
    

6. All fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.  The caution money and hostel deposit will be refunded after the programme if there is no outstanding payment.
