The immersion
trip fee includes round trip transportation by
train/coach/catamaran to Guangzhou, accommodation in a student
dormitory (twin or triple room), breakfast, welcome and farewell
dinners, and visit-related expenses such as admission tickets and
local transportation. Lunch and supper are at the student’s own
expense.

Entry visa to
mainland China, if required, and lunch and supper are at the
student's own expense.

China visa: no
visa is needed for Hong Kong Identity Card holders who have
the right of abode in HKSAR, but they need a valid
home-return permit (回鄉証).

The
administrative fee covers the fees for orientation, some
official activities
and reading materials.

The hostel fee
at CUHK does not include a meal plan.

All fees paid
are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. The caution
money and hostel deposit will be refunded after the programme if
there is no outstanding payment.
