Application

CUHK students can take one to two courses free of charge.  All course enrolments will be registered formally with the Registration and Examinations Section.

Except with prior permission of the Dean of the Faculty to which a student belongs, students can take no more than six units each summer, subject to a maximum of no more than 48 units of courses, exclusive of fee-based summer intensive European language courses, taken in an academic year.

Students admitted in 2004-05 and thereafter can take one to three University General Education courses in the summer, subject to a maximum of three courses taken in an academic year.

Students enrolled in the courses of ISS must observe all rules and regulations stipulated in the Undergraduate Student Handbook 2008-09.
