Sharon Foley (PhD, University of Connecticut) is an Associate Professor of Management at the Central European University (CEU) Business School in Budapest. She teaches human resource management, leadership, and organizational behavior courses. Professor Foley has taught full-time in MBA programs in Hong Kong, Philadelphia, London, and Beijing. Her research focuses on human resource management in China, and issues related to gender and diversity in the workplace. She has published articles in journals such as Journal of Management, International Journal of Human Resource Management, and Journal of Organizational Behavior.
